Common questions
- How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of the plan you choose, completely free — no credit card required. We set up your test suite during the trial period. At the end of 14 days you can choose to continue (card required at that point) or simply stop. No chasing, no auto-billing surprises.
- Do I need to set anything up myself?

No developer skills needed. You fill in a short onboarding form — your URL, the pages to test, login credentials if needed — and our team handles the rest. Setup is typically complete within one working day.
- Is my login information kept secure?

Yes. All credentials are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256, transmitted only over TLS, and held in isolated environments. We recommend using a dedicated test account on your site rather than a real user account — we'll advise on this during onboarding.
- What happens when a test fails?

You'll get an email (and SMS on Standard/Business) within minutes, detailing which test failed, the error message, and a screenshot of what we saw. When the issue resolves — either because you fixed it or it was transient — you'll get a recovery notification too.
- Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are cancelled at renewal date. Email hello@cloudhosttest.com to cancel.
- Do you support WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom platforms?

Yes — we work with any website. WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, custom Laravel or Django builds — if it has a URL, we can test it. Some more complex custom implementations may require a brief technical call during onboarding, which we're happy to arrange at no extra cost.
